The powerboating community lost another two members this past weekend when their boat crashed Saturday morning on Lake Michigan near East Chicago.

The two victims have been identified as Timothy Dunlap, 62, of Lynwood, and Richard Wade, 68, of Hammond. After the craft hit a break wall at 3 a.m. both men were pronounced dead at the scene from blunt force trauma.
