With all kinds of amazing feats during the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout—a 242-mph run by a turbine engine-powered 50-foot Mystic catamaran among them—the 2025 summer boating-event season ended with a roar. Shootout week was a busy one, of course, but there was plenty of other distractions last weekend including the 64th annual GoGPS Cowes-Torquay-Cowes endurance in the United Kingdom that saw a British/American team take top honors.
