With molds and plugs acquired from California-based Speed Marine, American Marine Performance will build 35- and 39-foot catamarans according to a press release from the Pompano Beach, Fla., center-console company. Dubbed the AMP 35, the first model will debut at the 2026 Miami International Boat Show, which is set for February 11–15.
The AMP 39 catamaran will be released this spring, according to the release.

American Marine Performance plans to add to new catamarans to its product line in 2026.

“We are fully mobilized to bring both new cats to market,” said Arthur Fusco, the owner of American Marine Performance, in the release. “Our team is already working intensively on the AMP 39 molds and preparing for production. The AMP 35 was an opportunity that aligned perfectly with our vision, and once the molds became available, it became clear this model belonged in our lineup.”
According to release, the company already has “exceeded” its expectations for early sales with three 35-footers and four 39-footers pre-ordered. Both catamarans will be offered with 300-, 400- and 500-hp outboard engines. Features will include PPI interiors with GatorStep flooring on the cockpit sole, Garmin electronics, JL Audio sound systems and “AMP’s exclusive rigging system, a level of engineering and execution not previously seen in a catamaran of this class,” per the release.
Added Fusco, “We are far ahead of the competition. Our focus is innovation, precision, and delivering a completely elevated ownership experience.”
