DCB Expecting Full House For Annual Regatta

DCB Performance Marine opened registration for its annual Owners Regatta earlier this weekend, and sign-ups for the October 1-3 event in Lake Havasu City, Ariz., are off to strong start. DCB vice-president Tony Chiaramonte said the team at Phoenix-based custom high-performance catamaran company is looking forward to hosting and renewing acquaintances with members of DCB customer-family during the three-day brand celebration.

The DCB team plans to have this M45 catamaran ready in time its annual Owners Regatta in early October.

“We will have the latest builds on display,” he said. “We’re expecting some 300 people and 75-boats.”

After a one-year hiatus from the London Bridge Resort, the event returns to the storied this year.

“We’ll have a Thursday lunch with a registration party at the London Bridge Resort pool that night,” he said. “Friday is set up for a lunch run to Pirate Cover Resort, and the celebration banquet Friday night.”

The latest M45 stern-drive-engine powered catamaran will be among the new builds the DCB team plans to have at the Owners Regatta. Hull No. 4, the 45-footer with be powered by Mercury Racing 1100.

“That’s the plan, to have it at the Regatta,” Chiaramonte said. “We’re looking forward to another killer event.”
